I recently watched a video by Bobby Parrish, where he discussed inflammatory foods. I had been consuming a lot of hummus and started experiencing joint pain. I couldn't pinpoint the cause until I learned about the effects of sunflower oil. It was a revelation! Now, I've switched to a new recipe, and as a bonus, my joint pain has disappeared.
