Each day includes a workout to keep you moving and a gratitude practice to center your thoughts and reflect on the positives in your life. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your wellness journey, this challenge is for you!

  2. Daily Reminders:To keep you motivated, daily challenge reminders will be posted in the storyboard. These reminders include tips, encouragement, and insights to make the most of each day’s tasks.
  3. Wellness Gift Cards Giveaway:We’re excited to add a little extra incentive! By participating, liking, commenting, and committing to the challenge, you’ll have a chance to win one of several wellness gift cards. It’s our way of saying thank you for joining and supporting the community.
